Ground installations
Ground mounting solutions are our core business. Depending on the customer's needs, we can create fixed or mobile structures, structures that rest on one or more pillars, tilted in one direction or double-tilted structures. The arrangement of the panels is either vertical (‚‚portrait’’) or horizontal (‚‚landscape’’), the number of lines and columns being variable depending on the properties of the land and the option chosen by the client. The pillars are fixed by ramming into the ground or by a concrete foundation.
In developing the solutions, we comply with Eurocode and the following standards:
- SR EN 1991-1-1 : Actions on structures. General actions. Specific weights, dead weights, payloads for buildings
- SR EN 1991-1-3 : Actions on structures. General actions. Snow loads
- SR EN 1991-1-4 : Actions on structures. General actions - Wind actions
- SR EN 1993-1-1 : Design of steel structures. General rules and rules for buildings
- SR EN 1993-1-3 : Design of steel structures. General rules. Additional rules for structural members and cold formed plates
For a preliminary offer we need the following data:
- Location of the project and available area
- Technical data sheet of the photovoltaic panel
- Method of embedding in the ground: by tamping or by concrete foundation
- Orientation of the photovoltaic panels: South or East-West
- Arrangement of panels within a table
Carport
Carport structures offer solutions for current urban needs. Cars will be protected from direct sunlight, rainfall and you will be able to produce electricity at the same time. Carports can be combined with AC charging stations for electric vehicles maximizing the potential of each parking space.
Their construction is modular, each module incorporates two parking spaces. The modules can be expanded according to the customer's needs. We currently offer three types of carport structures:
- FCP type with vehicle access from the low side (clear height 2453 mm)
- BCP type with vehicle access from the high side (clear height 2624 mm)
- Type KCP with vehicle access from both sides (variable clear height)
For a preliminary offer we need the following data:
- Location of the project and available area
- Technical data sheet of the photovoltaic panel
- Orientation of the carport: South or East-West
Installation on flat roofs
Our structures for installation on flat roofs are called Easyflat. Depending on the chosen orientation we have designed two systems: Easyflat South and Easyflat East-West, each system having different component parts. Easyflat systems are anchored to roofs by the weight of the concrete slabs. The calculation of the required weights is done by us, our offer contains both the required weights and their spatial arrangement. In the case of roofs covered with waterproofing membranes, we recommend the use of UV-resistant rubber mats that are fitted underneath our structure to ensure the protection of the membrane.
For a preliminary offer we need the following data:
- Location of the project and available area
- Technical data sheet of the photovoltaic panel
- Orientation of the structure: South or East-West
- Height of the building and attic
